For every brand there is someone who had a reason to create it. fell in fair is a brand of BUTKA-FUR, where we live the love for an ancient craft and continue to write the success story of our family business for high-quality fur fashion in the fourth generation.

What is special about fell in fair? That we respect our planet and the animals. That we only process fur from animals that are also used without us, without the fashion industry, namely for the food industry.

We at fell in fair do what we do with love. It is important to us to earn the trust of our customers anew every day. Because we don't just talk about quality, we strictly control it. Because your satisfaction is much more important to us than selling something quickly. And because we are aware of our responsibility towards you and our planet at every moment

Creating your personal customer account in fell in fair Onlineshop is very easy.
All you have to do is click on the "people" symbol to the right of the "magnifying glass" symbol. You can then log in or create a new account.

If you have your own customer account, it is convenient for you. You can check and view your purchases and orders at any time. This way you still know what you have bought later. You can also change your personal details and payment settings in the customer account at any time. You are also welcome to order as a guest.

Please click on the "People" symbol to the right of the "Magnifying Glass" symbol. Then you can press the button "Reset password" at the bottom. By entering your e-mail address, the password will be reset and you will be sent a new password. You can then change it in your personal customer account.

Paypal payment: You will be redirected to the Paypal website. There you can then log in as usual with your data and confirm the purchase.

Credit Cards : We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Bankomat and American Express. If you want to pay with Visa or Mastercard, a form from your credit card company will appear in the next step. In this case your card uses a 3D security procedure (Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode). Please authorise the payment in the corresponding form. Afterwards you will be automatically redirected to our website and you can complete the purchase.

Payment by invoice (Klarna): We also offer this payment option on invoice. The invoice is issued after delivery and must then be paid within 14 days.

Payment byeps (Sofortüberweisung): Here you pay comfortably with your usual online banking data. After selecting your bank, you will be redirected there and then release the payment with the tan.

The respective delivery costs are indicated in the course of the checkout (after the shopping basket), but in any case before you place a binding order.

Import duties and import sales taxes are included in the price. There are no additional costs for you.

All orders received by 12 noon CEST will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 12 noon CEST will be shipped the following business day. We, DHL Express and DPD will always endeavour to deliver your parcels as quickly as possible.
For items that are not included in the stock, you will be informed as soon as possible about the expected delivery date.

Depending on the shipping method selected, your order may take between one and seven working days to be delivered, this duration will be indicated at the checkout of your order.

After returning the goods, you will not receive a new invoice, but you will receive a corresponding credit note. The amount of the credit note will be refunded to the same means of payment used to pay for the goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

You are welcome to exchange directly in our store at Gumpendorferstrasse 141, 1060 Vienna. However, we ask you to make an appointment in advance. Please note, however, that the Safety Seal must not be removed and must be in its original condition on the goods, as well as all original labels of the item. Otherwise, a return or exchange is not possible.

Fur fashions purchased by mail order may be a little crushed at first from transport. Please just hang it up and wait tensely. Your new favourite piece will hang itself out.

Wash? Please don't. Your fur fashion will be cleaned by your trusted dry cleaner. Fur fashion is not for the sun. Well, at least not for longer. Please do not expose your garment to direct sunlight if possible and generally keep it away from light. Fur fashion doesn't really like to get wet in the rain. But if it does happen: Please simply let your garment dry by itself, hung up at room temperature.

No heating, no hairdryer, no dryer. Please note that watches, rings, bracelets or parts of handbags can easily get caught in fur fashion. However, please remember to take it off before long car journeys, flights, etc. Friction and pressure over a long period of time can cause damage to fur fashion. The same applies to carrying handbags in direct contact with your clothing for long periods of time. If you will not be wearing your garment during the summer months, for example, please store it in a dark, cool place during this time - with moth protection and sufficient air circulation!

Nobody likes to wear worn clothing. We therefore mark our new goods with a Safety Seal. Important to note: Once the Safety Seal is removed, exchanges and returns are no longer possible. So take a moment ... and if your garment fits and you want to wear it or even love it now - perfect! Then you can remove the Safety Seal and go collect admiring glances with your new look.
